Mikka Ferrer

As a Dobbs Ferry native and current Tarrytown resident, I have a true understanding of what the Rivertowns have to offer and what makes each village so special and unique. This knowledge and a love of the area is what lead me to pursue my career in real estate over a decade ago.

Before transitioning into real estate, I spent 25 years in the fashion industry specializing in marketing, visual presentation, and store design. In my role, I led national teams of designers, contractors, and merchandisers to maintain brand integrity. Strong communication and accessibility were key to my success. This background has equipped me with the ability to understand clients’ needs and recognize the potential of a space—skills that have proven invaluable when preparing properties for sale or helping buyers envision their future home.
